In this lab you will be attempting to locate the epicenter of an earthquake. Follow the directions as provided on the website. You will need to use data from at least 3 stations to accurately triangulate the location of the earthquake epicenter. Your introduction will include information such as: What is an earthquake?, and Are there any benefits to being able to locate an epicenter of an earthquake? The M&M should describe how the distance of the epicenter from your stations was calculated and mapped, and how the circles were used to pinpoint the epicenter. Your R&C will include a recreation of the table that was provided in the lab and a screenshot of your map with the star on the epicenter. Do not forget to include the approximate location (city name) of the epicenter in your R&C write-up.
