Globalization and Japan

Globalization is major force in the world today and it is largely believed to be a force of integration and disintegration. It is not a policy or action which any government can control. However, states can take advantage or this force. From the perspective of a country of your choice, please explain how globalization promotes integration and disintegration. Use specific examples to demonstrate your points. While I don’t discourage you from picking the US as your perspective of choice, please challenge yourself to think outside your known box. Please begin your answer with defining globalization and explaining its general effects on states. As you know, when your goal is to apply a concept in analysis, you need to define that concept first.
