Your boss comes into your office today to let you know that the company is making some drastic cost reductions in fiscal year 2014.

The department that you work in is being directly effected and you are presented with the following two options:

1.) Take an immediate 10% pay cut.
2.) Take an immediate 15% cut in all medical benefits.

Which option would you choose and why?
