Using APA format, write 2-4 double spaced pages (not including cover page and references) to:

  • Describe the relationship between clinical quality and patient experience of care.
  • Discuss what role does accountability play in ensuring the consistent delivery of quality care?
    • What are some of the hallmarks of a culture built on this concept?
    • List a few tactics that create such a culture.
