Need help with a short story!

Choose one of these 3 and write a 5 pages short story, essay is 5 pages 1500 word:

1- listening to the voice of the authorities as its post to the group
2- obeying the laws of the state even if they are unjust.
3- outsider is sometimes unfairly treated

Write short story, write a response to an argument.

Include the weather, year, where you are- describe the problem resolution.
