In your Research Paper, explain both why you selected your state/actor and why you selected the other outside states or groups involved in the conflict or intervention. Biblically speaking, do these outside actors have the justification to intervene? Explain your position. Do not just repeat a timeline or history.

Specific requirements for the Research Paper are:

  • The body of the paper must be six (6) – eight (8) pages (not including the title page and bibliography) and no more than ten (10) pages.
  • The paper must be written in current Turabian format.
  • The paper must include a title page (included in the overall page count). This page must have a title, your name, course number, and the instructor’s name.
  • The paper muct include a bibliography (only credit for one page in overall page count).
  • When giving in-text citations, include not only the author but also the page number. Page numbers must be included.
  • Proper headings must be used.
  • The paper must have correct grammar and spelling.
  • Doing the minimum amount of work does not guarantee a perfect score. To achieve more than a passing grade, you must demonstrate a mastery of the material presented in the lecture by incorporating those concepts into your paper.
