For this week’s discussion topic please utilize the following scenario; You are assigned as the media relations officer on the scene of an explosion. There are ten persons known deceased, and another eight are missing. The building is a government research facility. The ATF team on scene now suspects an intentional device and not an accidental explosion. Nobody has contacted the government to claim responsibility and the press is still speculating that it was an accidental explosion.
