The reaction of individuals to proposed change can make or break the change process.

• How can one individual negatively impact the change management process?
• What can an individual do to ensure the change fails?
• How can management develop the individual to accept and encourage change?
• Reflect on a time this in happened in the workplace. Describe that experience.
