Book Reviews (2) (try to google book information on these religions)

You will be expected to complete book reviews during Modules 4 (Week 4) and 8 (Week 7).

These assignments are based upon required course readings that proffer contemporary accounts

of the lived experience of Confucianism and Islam. The reviews call for you to consider the

contemporary expressions of these faiths and to reflect upon their relevance to your own and our

collective societal experience. As you do so, consider how central teachings, principles, and

practices of these faith-based traditions could be introduced and implemented into your own life,

experience and culture so as to lend to your personal and collective edification. Book reviews

should be typed, double-spaced, 12-point font, and approximately 3 pages in length.

Typographical and grammatical errors will be penalized.
