Week 3 Discussion

Imagine you’ve been asked to fund two human service programs. Program A is well known and respected. It uses an output performance measure that shows they serve 175 clients each month, but information about the impact on clients is not available. Program B is also well known and respected, but uses an outcome performance measure that shows a significant change in the quality of life for 35 clients each month, Program B does not provide total numbers of clients served. To which program would you provide funding and why?
