Annotated Bibliography

For this assignment, find six academic sources for an image of an fashionable dress (which is attached below). Provide citations and a rationale (why is this a trustworthy source?). Use only respected scholarly, academic and institutional sources, both online and in print. Each citation should be followed by a brief (usually about 150 words) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation, which summarizes the central theme and scope of the book or article. Include one or more sentences that (a) comment on the intended audience, (b) explain how this work illuminates your bibliography topic.

The research topic should be focused on the themes including the relationship between fashion and technology in the 1990s, the works of McQueen in the 90s and the performance of fashion shows at that time. Consider cultural context, designer, artist, model, materiality, etc.

Be sure to include the following:

– at least one primary source – material that dates from the time period
