Using the website Bubbl.us (link provided in this week’s module – sign up for free account) create a concept map illustrating the necessary steps involved in creating a plan to implement and evaluate this project. Be sure to address the components of interprofessional collaboration and technology. Post your concept map as a jpeg file for your main discussion posting.
