We discussed that our reasoning and decision making is often clouded by cognitive biases. Take a look at this article and review some examples of cognitive biases that affect our reasoning:

Finally, please give an example of when you (or someone you know) has fallen prey to this bias and what you think could be done to avoid this bias in the future (1-2 paragraphs).
